The Oregon State University Energy Efficiency Center offers full scope energy and efficiency assessments at no cost to facilities who meet the following requirements:

 

  • Gross annual sales (ratepayer revenue for public works facilities) of < $250 million
  • Fewer than 500 employees at the facility
  • Annual utility bills of $100k to $3.5M
  • NAICS Code of any of the following:
    • 31 - 33 (Manufacturing)
    • 1114 (Controlled Environment Agriculture)
    • 22131 - 22132 (Water Supply Systems / Irrigation Systems / Sewage Treatment Facilities)
      • Flow rate of ~2 - 10 MGD.

The Energy Efficiency Center conducts commercial audits at no cost to facilities who meet the following requirements:
  • ~100,000 square feet or less
  • Annual energy bills > $50,000
