The Oregon State University Energy Efficiency Center offers full scope energy and efficiency assessments at no cost to facilities who meet the following requirements:
Gross annual sales (ratepayer revenue for public works facilities) of < $250 million
Fewer than 500 employees at the facility
Annual energy bills of at least $100,000
NAICS Code of any of the following:
31 - 33 (Manufacturing)
1114 (Controlled Environment Agriculture)
22131 - 22132 (Water Supply Systems / Irrigation Systems / Sewage Treatment Facilities)
Flow rate of ~2 - 10 MGD.
The Energy Efficiency Center conducts commercial audits at no cost to facilities who meet the following requirements:
~100,000 square feet or less
Annual energy bills > $50,000
